In the care of Arab Jordan Investment Bank to provide the highest levels of service to its customers and ensure their satisfaction with it, we would like to inform you that if you are not satisfied with any of the services and products provided to you, you can submit any complaint to the Customer Complaints Unit through any of the following methods:
We have a unit designated to receive and handle customer complaints, the unit will process the complaint within 10 working days and can be extended depending on the complaint's nature but should not exceed 30 working days.
If the customer is not convinced or satisfied with the Bank's response to the complaint, the customer can resort to the Central Bank of Jordan or the Court of Law.
